About Pal

Pal is a health coach app for food and training, designed and built in Newcastle by PTPal Ltd. Pal builds a plan around your week in about two minutes, coaches you by text, voice note, call or WhatsApp, and logs meals from a photo, a sentence or a voice note. Pal 3.0 adds Pals: bring your partner, a friend or your PT along, choose exactly what each of them sees, and cheer each other on. Pal is available on iPhone and Android.

Chris Davison founded Pal in 2024 to build the coach he wanted himself: one that knows your week, talks like a person and brings your people along. Before Pal, he founded Hawkr, a computer-vision advertising platform used by Johnson & Johnson, Shell UK and Sodexo, set data-science strategy for enterprise clients at Mind Foundry, and delivered £100m+ programmes at Turner & Townsend. He has spent the last few years building production AI agents, and Pal is where he puts it all to work.
